Hobbiest does not sell your personal information for money. California law (CCPA/CPRA) and several other state laws also give you the right to opt out of certain forms of "sharing" — including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. This page explains what those rights are and lets you submit a request.

What This Means.

"Selling" personal information has a broader meaning under California law than the everyday sense of the word. It includes giving personal information to a third party in exchange for money or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" specifically covers passing personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising — that is, ads targeted to you based on activity across other apps and websites.

If we were to engage in those activities, you would have the right to tell us to stop. You also have the right to limit how we use sensitive personal information.

What Hobbiest Does and Doesn't Do.
